Data Deletion

1. Overview
You may request deletion of your personal data and account. We process requests in accordance with applicable laws.

2. What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • Company information and contact details
  • Questionnaire templates and responses
  • WhatsApp integration data
  • Usage analytics and logs
  • Payment and billing information

3. What We Keep

  • Anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
  • Legal compliance records (as required by law)
  • Backup data retained for up to 30 days (automatically purged)

4. How to Request Deletion
Send an email to eventiate.ai@gmail.com including:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your account username or company name
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your account
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

5. Process

  • We verify your identity and confirm the request
  • We process your deletion within 7 business days
  • We send a confirmation once completed

6. Subscription Expiration Policy
We automatically delete your data 30 days after your subscription expires. Upon request, we can provide an export (processing fees may apply). Format: CSV.

7. Important Notes

  • Deletion is irreversible
  • You will lose access to all services after deletion
  • Certain data may be retained to comply with legal requirements
